Title: lg 26lb75 picture issue

hi all iv got in my midst an lg 26lb75 26"hd lcd tv fault is bright white screen with signal in the background combined with occasional picture freeze which resolves after about half hour of operation .... im thinking tcon but would like some backup ideas if anyone has any cheers .dave

Hi Dave,

If it's fitted with a Chi-Mei panel type V260B1-L01 White screen for the first hour or so the screen is faulty. The cure is to take the screen apart, and apply a bit of preasure to the first data driver. Ie when the screen is apart first chip on film top left.

I have done well over 30 this year alone, and none have bounced yet. (Fingers crossed).
