Can anyone provide any information on this TV. Manually it works fine but will not respond to its remote control.

does the light flash on the tv when remote is pressed? Try keeping the handset menu button pressed for abount a minute and then try again.

Robbie      Thanks for taking the time and effort to help with my problem. I have just taken your advise and did what you said and everything has come back to normal. Was it some kind of child lock or do you know what causes it. Anyway thanks very much.......Henry :c017:
