whats your fault symptoms..........i have had to blanket resolder this board for stuck in standby fault a number of times.........as you proberbly no this board does give a lot of trouble.....i have a working 17pw20v2 for sale if your still having trouble...................... :sign0144:

just would'nt come out of stby.changed the 2 15nf 630v now comes out stby but nothing,but you can here running.thanx..

hi
bought tv with same psu stuck in standby tried new psu same
after much scratching head borrowed a remote came
out of standby put other psu in works the fault turned out
to be child lock on so tv buttons will not work or power button
would not bring tv out of standby,went in menu setting with remote
and turned child lock off not a bad tv for £5 from car bot cust was using
sky remote but batts failed could not access tv to bring out of standby

have you checked your inverter board...check the fuse for o/c..i would also check you have 24v from the power supply..i think when you cap or caps have gone there may have damaged the inverter board...check all the inductor windings for o/c..........it have had them caps go o/c a few times and replacement normally cures the psu.......i have also been caught out with the child lock but in your case the tv comes out of standby.....connect a dvd player to see if you have sound
