HI to all.
problem is red led is flickiring tv wont powerup.
p.s+inv BN44-00260A.
NO BULG CAPI ALL CHOTKI diode ok  all output volltage areup and down not stabel .
all capi was changed and check befor also allopto was check areok 5.3v stby is not stabel up and down (scope)the ic that operet the 13v and 5.3v stby isICE3BR0665.
HADE a lot of this kind of problem in diffrent ps and allways was repiar.
 usually capi and diod or opto or stabi like ka 431 this time is diffrent.
anyone has the same problem???.

Hi,maybe the ip board is ok;try to disconnect the cable from ip board to main board then power up.if the ip board is safe the backlights lit.

the p.swas checked withuot the main board and steel no stby or other valltage.
