Title: lg 42LG3000 white screen for about a hour then works fine

Hello, my lg 42LG3000 lcd tv takes up to 1 hour to turn on you switch it on and the picture is grainy  then it turns into a white screen within a few seconds. then after leaving it on for around a hour the white screen dissapears and the picture comes back on. i have tested the power board and all voltages are correct. while checking the voltage i lifted the tv up and the picture came back then faded moved it about a bit more and again the picture came on then faded again and while doing this im sure i heard a click sounded like a relay. had a look and could not see a relay anywhere. if anyone could help me with this problem your help would be very much appreciated.

Hi there Gazsc,

Just a thought as my recent white screens have mostly been screen failures - seems when you moved the set there was some difference - try twisting set at the top - might prove something.
