Hi guys.
The backlight seems to be gone for the top-half of the screen. The TV operates normally otherwise.
The problem is similar to this (http://www.tv.quuq.org/forum/index.php?topic=1954.0)I'd say, but without the flickering.
Any of you guys know how to fix? Or worst case scenario recommend a replacement?
Thanks in advance,
Garret.

I also just noticed that the backlight is flickering slightly.
Thanks again.

Hi Garrett,
Found a thread from a smaller version of a similar model - might be useful - Chris.
Sony KDL-32S2010
Invertor
Type KPC2294V. Pic darker at the top with brightness flickering – set continued to function. Fuse C03 had blown Q601 and Q602 (both RSS065 – 8 pin, N type Mosfets) were S/C. Replacements used were IRF740 which didn’t run hot – Tv John
