Title: lg32lc46 sync error
Post by: blackmail on August 11, 2011,09:31:30
The board works ok, but after 5 mins the picture breaks up,
looks like sybc is missing.  heat up Genesis display fli8548hlf and the sync stabilzes until the chip cools down and the fault returns.
anyone got any suggestions?

Hi,
Worth checking the LT lines on the signal board, (voltages, and for any noise on them),
when the fault appears.
Regards,
John

i have checked the lt lines and they all seem ok.
i have bought another board for this tv off ebay and the problem i am getting on this board is . Immediately after the mains cable is inserted, the green power LED flashes 5 or 6 times, then flashes red once, then goes out. The set, obviously, then doesn't work. This is an intermittent fault which is getting more frequent suggesting component failure somewhere on the psu (P/N EAY34795001). Is this a known fault with a solution, or am I replacing the entire board?
