Hi All, Anything known on a Philips 26pf5521d with pic locking up (very intermittantly) when changing channels? Cheers, Doug.

hi
think it might be a software fault read on another site you
need compair to do a download it, had a sim fault on a grundig
no info on that had to fit a freeview box for cust

Philips tell me; (Quote) it is not possible to upgrade s/ware as this set has not got the facilities to do so

AS sparky has said This TV needs to be softare updated Via Compair
and this can only be done if you have access to philips service site for the software and of course have a compair box and leads
