Title: Onn 42" lcd AO42ZID

Can anyone help me my onn lcd tv had broken down due to power surge i have now replaced power pack main board and inverter control board.  turned tv back on and all im getting is red, green, blue and white screen can anyone help me please?

Try pressing 'menu' button on remote. I had 3 Sanyos with same problem.

Hi,

Had the prob with a Viewsonic last week, after a power supply repair.  Daz suggested burn in mode - in my case Ch/up and Ch/down simultaneously did the biz - obviously depends on the make of the set.

Attach piccies or board numbers if stuck - Chris.
