Hi guys .. got a wee odd fault was wondering if anyone's had it before I attack it....When on free view after carrying out a service scan all channels present and correct, swith in and out of standby everythings fine. Power down first with the remote to standby and then turn off using the power switch it looses all freeview channels....its like theres a trickle cap down so its not feeding volatile memory but I always thought the channel list was saved into non volatile ram so powering down wouldnt effect it ... any ideas?

hi
sounds like a duff eeprom, i would try copying the data from the old one to a new one and see if that fixes the fault.
good luck
