Title: BN44-00161 repairs
Post by: netdent on October 13, 2011,04:13:31
Need some guidance I repaired this psu, QX801 and 802 were blown apart, I replaced them but still no results, discovered  DX804 to be short or low ohms (11ohms in circuit) this smd diode/transistor is designated as B3 trawling the net I came up with this

http://uk.farnell.com/nxp/bzx84-b3v3-215/diode-zener-0-25w-3-3v-sot23/dp/1757848?Ntt=bzx84b3v3

but not sure if this is what I need?

thanks Ronnie

hi netdent
must confess i hadnt given them much thought as there are loads used on these power supplys i usually take them from scrap pcbs, will look for a service manual and find out and get back to you.
