PHILLPS PLASMA 42-PF9946/12

TV TURNS ON STARTS TO POWER UP THE SCREEN BUT GOES TO STANDBY BEFORE IT FINISHES  !!

I HAVE TOOK BACK OFF AND DONE A CHECK FOR BAD CAPS BUT ALL LOOK GOOD ( ONE HAS SOME WHITE STUFF ON TOP BUT NOT SURE IF FROM CAP)   NO BLUGES ...

WHAT DO I CHECK NEXT???   ANY HELP ADVICE WELCOME THANKYOU

check regulator voltage if you have no schematics visit servicetron.com for free service manual
