Got a TV with a dud 17PW26(?) PSU. Had a 17PW15 supply with same connectors, put it in, the TV boots up fine now. Question is, will it last? I found the 17PW15 in a 32" Wharferdale TV (and I'm putting it in a 32" Goodmans TV.)

hi
you can use a 17pw15-6/8 but you have to alter the wires,
if yours is a 17pw15-9 they will swop straight across.

couldn't agree more download the data for both, cross check and alter wiring as required as long as its got all the output voltages you need it doesn't matter how the plugs are configured you can alter them to suit, the majority of the smaller vestel psu's ( 26-32 inch ) kick out roughly the same current so loading shouldnt be a great issue.
