Have Sanyo CE32LD81-B/UK LCD TV.
The screen is flashing Blue, Green and Red, would this be the Eprom 24C64-L1? There is no red standby led only the blue power 'ON' led.
Is there a source of these chips? At the moment I am awaiting news from Sanyo UK hoping that they are able to help.
The capacitors and voltages look OK, could hash on the 3.3V line that feeds the Eprom cause this corruption? I have tried a reset without any luck.
Thanks, Dave

Thanks for quick response and my apologies for the short delay to reply.
Yep I tried that menu button trick with no luck, then..... I discovered some of the buttons on the remote wasn't working, menu being one of them, I could turn the set off and on though. so a new handset is required or a borrowed one.
The gremlins are sure out today, no joy with the TV buttons just to add. Let you know how it goes for the benefit of others, thanks Sparky.

Hi, i've just been given the same model TV set from a friend, unfortunately it has no remote, and it has been doing the green/blue/red screen when turned on, is there any way to fix this without a remote. Many thanks and i look forward to your reply

Is this perchance what you're alluding to?
