First solution:
Check capacitors CM-853,852,876,880 and re-program eprom.
Seckond solution:
Replaced capacitors on PSU.Locate eeprom near LVDS socked, temporary S/C clock and data pins (pins 5 and 6).Plug in and wait for the relay to click then remove S/C.Apliance should work now.Enter service mode(STANDBY,INFO,MENU,MUTE,STANDBY) and check that tuner option is set to AUTO then select reset.Apliance will switch to standby when finishes the reset procedure.Switch ON and returne appliance.
Service manual is too bigest(27MB) to atach hire and I send to your email.

Thanks guys the old grey matter's starting to mush up ! Hadn't done one of these for a while after thinking about  it over the crossword and a dram I remembered about having to short out the eeprom, did that and it sparked up fine. Thanks for the prompt replys tho. appreciated.
Just as a wee foot note I was surprised to note there's two eeprom chips on the underside of the main pcb but luckily they'd stamped eeprom with a nice big arrow next to the chip under the PCMIA update port. Not sure what the other one's for....digital channel retensition maybe ? Any one any ideas?

Hi

Each HDMI input has an eeprom attached, other external inputs too sometimes. the data on these eeproms can also become corrupt, causing various picture faults. It is a good idea to read these chips and save the data. It could reduce your stress levels at a later date.
