Title: Toshiba 42wlt66 problem

TV turns on but has no sound then switches off after about 10 seconds, is it worth fixing ?

Haven't checked anything, was hoping it might be a common fault.

Ok, still not working. Can anyone suggest a repairer in the North East for Toshiba LCD tv's ?

In the North East it ,would be Parrys 100%. They're agents for Toshiba (and Samsung and LG I think) but they don't have a large price tag on repairs as some main agents ahve been accused of. there are others, it depends on where in the North East you are
