Title: Technika lcd32-407B

Hi,
I have a Technika lcd32-407B
Faults are loud buzzing and dull picture (sometimes on sometimes off)
All voltages are low in the psu
Ive tried unplugging various boards ect, so narrowing it down to the psu

24v is 18v
12v is 8v
5v is 3v
 
when probing around the board on the mains side the picture will come normal and the buzzing stops.

i cant find a service manual for this tv so could do with some advice.

just to add after the tv being turned on for quite a while, the fault cures its self, i have changed all the electrolytic caps

This is vestel chassis 17pw20 ???

yes it is a vestal chassis, and is now fixed, i had missed a tiny 22uf 50v cap,

Then my documents chassis type PY15010/HAIER
Check or change C-203 (2.2uF/400V)
Olso check C-202,207 and 217

some have Phihong PSA218 417R
if so check
At start up tripping noise would eventually come on when trying to switch from anologe to digi it emited an awfull noise -
fault:various,loud noise/faint pic/goes to stby after 10 mins etc.
cure:c202&c207 both 22uf 50v-also replace c501 1000uf 35v&c507 1000uf 25v all in ps pcb
