Title: Elonex LT37F3V1 not powering up all suggestions welcome

This 37inch LCD TV turns on but no picture or sound. The backlight is illiminated from the inverters all the time but no picture!
Checked the power supply caps all good with correct outputs from the power unit.
None of the caps expanded or swollen. Checked the fuses on the main board and the screen board all good.
 Does have anyone have schematic for this TV or experience with repair of this unit?

We have one in, its a Hanspree JT02 inside, i will post the manual if you want it, they are a fairly predictable set once you get to know them

 Thanks i quickly looked and thought it was the gt02 you were referring to which i do have the schematic for!
 I will have a look for the JT02 and will let you know if i cannot find it :)

Found a breakdown manual of the JT02 however the board isn't the same as the Elonex one.
 The board is F51-690002 Firmware YC13-HQN
 I have attached a picture of it.
