Title: LG 42LK450U LCD

Hi i don't know if its software failure with my LG-42LK450u which comes on alright in two seconds when the screen appear then it stuck with the LIFE'S GOOD welcome display and i' ve also noticed that no key on the panel or remote control respond, except power key on both TV and RC are functioning.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

        Jordon for the info and how do i get out from the SHOP MODE? Please could you elaborate feather since i do not have the manual and aside that, when you press menu on RC it doesn't respond. actually as i indicated in my earlier post that when you press any key either on TV KEY PAD or RC nothing respond except POWER KEYS on both TV and RC.

Press and hold MENU key and right arrow key on front panel for about 5 sec.

 :c023: It didn't disable the SHOP MODE as you directed me to do. These are what is on the front panel,
      V P ^   - V +  OK  HOME  INPUT   I press the HOME as MENU and then the V + simultaneously and
nothing happened. may be am not doing it right i guess ?.
