Title: TCM 27L66, info needed please.

I have a TCM model Nr. 27L66  (also with 232951 on label). It seems to be a BEKO, probably specially labeled for TCM, who don't respond to "what chassis" question.
The PSU is marked 24V system.  ZZ7. 194P-5.   BEKO LCD PSU-3
Main board has  BEKO Electronik - LW7.  190R-2. It carries two "tuners" (one for PIP?). There is a paper label with LE27W  CH5 -----.       P4U. 194-3
A further board (PIP?) has   BEKO ELECTRONIK.   LM6.194-3
Inverter board has 7 sections.
Display.  24V.   Label:-- MS44 D002833- LSP5Y02A10433.

When I first got it, it showed OSD indicating channel number, then the 5 minutes time out.
I made a start looking at voltages on the tuner, supply certainly present, but then I realized it was completely dead. Switch on, nothing. Not sure where to start, but a circuit would be a real help.

Hi Sabre504.  Here are pics of main board, PSU, and both the touch control panel + PIP (?? is it PIP??)
