Title: panasonic Tx P42s10b dead

Hello, I have a Tx P42s10b which seems to be dead after checking around in the psu im only finding a 5v and a 22v. and some mains voltages.
there dosnt seem to be anything comming out to any of the connectors

there are no leds lit at all.
No relay clicks
Ive checked all fuses, diods, Has anyone experience with this psu ETX2MM747MF

there is a very quiet ticking noise coming from the psu, sounds like its coming from a tansformer trying to kick in

still stuck with this one, im getting no voltages at any connectors.
Just a ticking from transformer t501.

Have you checked if there's any shortcuts on secondary side. PSU goes into protection?

checked for shorts, checked all diodes, transisters, i know im missing something, im just stumped,
the clicking sounds like the transformer 501 tripping
for some reason i now have no standby voltage neither
