Title: DHR-5006 DVD RECORDER DEAD R18 O/C

Hi. We have a unbranded DVD RECORDER model DHR-5006.no makers name.The power board is WLZ-DVR-5001power-1.0,
 R18 is open circuit in the primary side of the power supply,the resistor is discoloured and we cannnot make out the value, has anyone had a similar problem. :c017:

IC-FAN 7554
opto coupler PC-817
R-18 (120KR)
Appliance name-VISTRON
