Title: LE32B530P7W Has dark pic with movement on pic

Has dark pic with movement and colour change on the picture

I read on another post this problem is down to the lcd,
the fault is as described, but the polish fella that brought it to me said his kids sprays polish down the bottom of the screen, not sure if i misunderstood him.

 problem, cheers guys

hi
if tcon at the bottom of screen then the taps on screen corrode
but what is that part number
