- No picture - but backlight works (i.e. screen has a slight glow and the holes in the rear of the set are lit up white)
- Sound works fine
- TV appears to respond to commands e.g. changing source, turning on/off and volume control.
I have taken back panel off and seen in the center a yellow motherboard (printed on it 17PW16-2) where power connects to it. The internal fuse is fine.
Some of the caps look like they have a white glue on them. Is this a leak from overheating?
Should I just replace this board?
Photos enclosed.
Whole of back with cover removed
Leaks appearing on board with power supply. Are these bad caps?

the glue is to hold the parts firm on the board, it might be best to let a tech check it out
