Title: Samsung LE46M51BX scrambled picture (snowy)
Post by: zica on August 23, 2012,10:06:26
Hi!
Have problem with my Samsung LE46M51BX/XEE. Picture is colored snow.
Seems to be a common problem, that many have the problem.
People have changed main AV Board and cured the problem, but does
anybody know were on AV Board the fault is?
I've checked the voltage on main AV board and conectors.

Here's a video on the fault i have (not my video)

This is rather soldering problem of this IC...
Ideal solution is reballing...

After change of BGA Ram, the set is now up and running  :13:

It was very sweet, that the BGA came allready prepared with lead balls.
That made my job so much easier  :72:

Thanks again jurq
