hi guys..had this on in today.everything works fine,but 2 white virtical band down the centre..i dont like plasmas...any clues men..

If my memory serves me correctly it has a Hitachi Panel fitted?

If so, then the IC mounted to the heatsink directly below the white line has most likely failed. It is a bonded IC, directly onto the ribbon.

You could attempt to swap the scan pcb it is connected to, but it is unlikely to solve the issue.

I would say that set has come to the end of it's days.
