Title: LG 42PL350 STUCK IN STAND BY LED RED NO RESPONSE

 ADD POWER TO PLASMA RELAY CLICKS STAND BY LED RED , TOUCH CONTROLS NO RESPONSE OR REMOTE.
ANY IDEAS TO FSULT REPAIR WOULD BE APPRECIATED.....BUGGSY :41:

hi buggsy, have you tested the va/vs voltages, try disconnecting the ysus and z boards, see if comes out of standby. tv tony is your man good luck

thanks for my mention, just cruising, came out of hosp tuesday after heart valve replacement and 1 repaired. ill be off work about 8 weeks im told, stay lucky all of you

Jordan is likely right, check R927 and R929. If either is open, replace both at the same time. They sense Vs detection for the PSU microm.
