Hi there, I have a Toshiba 40PW8DG and there is no picture. It powers up. A fuse has blown on the power supply board. The one below (3 stacked up in total). a friend has told me it is the Switching regulator that needs replacing. is that true? If so does anyone have or know where i can buy a STRS6709 switching regulator?
