Hi guys some help please.
My son has a Sharp LC32SH7EBK 32-inch Widescreen LCD TV which he has had for about 5yrs now. He had it switched on the other day and all of a sudden he heard a pop from the tv like something had blown and the tv is now completely dead.
It wont even turn on, there is no red L.E.D light coming on when the power is switched on there is nothing !
I changed the fuse nothing happened, i have opened the back off the tv to see if i could identify any burnt marks where something may have blown and couldn't see any.
I have looked about on the internet to see the possible reasons and seen something about "bulging capacitors" that could be the cause but i am not sure.
Any help would be appreciated please to the possible causes and possible costs to fix this
Thanks Tony

Tony, have you checked the underside of the power supply board?
