Title: Need main board schematic of KLV 32T550A

I have service manual but i am looking for main board schematic,its freez system when changing chanels also audio in mute position all the time.

set went freez and lock system .does take action with Rc or tv s.w
Could be the frimware issue ?
I need dump and software.
