Title: big screen problems

i have a 60 inch big screen projection tv and the screen is blotchy if you remove the screens and look in to each projector lens you can see the picture clear in the red one but the geen one looks like it has a little mold growing in it or dirt and the blue one is the same way but worst you can barely make ou a picture at all how do i fix it can it be cleaned or what

G & B guns might be weak. Locate the fault by interchanging crt drive pcb between R & G or R & B. Weak guns become defocus & are difficult to converge to get sharp image. They can be rejuvenated by charger.

problem you have is the coolent, this is the oil that keeps the crt face cool, the only way to over come this problem is to replace the tube (comes with coolent) - the earlier barco projectors the coolent could be changed - recent coolent tubes are now sealed
