Title: Philips SMPS Fault

Am working on Philips Plasma chassis LC4.9E AA its remains on standby, relays clicks on then goes back.
Someone should help me to diagnose the fault.

Do you have a stand by voltage?

Check
-two relays on PSU
-C-8059 and C-8060
-audio amplifier
