tips
Hi all. This set came in with the above fault. On investigation i found U2 TDA1517P  ic getting very hot, this was caused by E22 470uf 16v, coupling capacitor to the Rh speaker s/c, no bulging.

Set 2
This set came in with low distorted sound after 2 minutes. Sound ic getting hot, traced fault to s/c coupling capacitor E22 470uf 16 to right hand speaker. replaced ic U12 TDA1517P just in case of damage.

Another set on amp board a  100uf 10v cap read 2 ohms
