My LG is dead in the water. I had a power outage the other day. The TV was off at the time. After the outage the TV would not turn on. When powered on a green light flashes and clicks then turns red. When off the red standby light stays on.

It's an LG26LX1D. Has anyone replaced this power supply board themselves? If so, is it difficult? Is there anything I should watch for? I've built compluters myself and I'm thinking this should be not different.
