Title: LG LCD 26 (26LC7D) won't turn on

I have a LG LCD 26 (Model: 26LC7D) and it doesn'ts turn on. I installed a Power Supply and also it doesn't. Any help will be appreciated.

I have the manual that came with the TV. I need the schematics.
