I need schematics diagram (or better service manual) that is equipped with this tv motherboard: B.TD703D. From what I've seen on the net would be something like: UMC L15-8 FERGUSON F2200LD, CELLOTP2310F or  BUSH15W08.Problem  tv's is not anything on TV receiving ('no signal'), no DVD ,no scart ,only blue back.Thanks in advance! Is powered from an external 12V DC Voltage sources have the 5,3.3,1.8 bars and all are OK. SDA, SCL fine ... processor is TDA15021H/N1COO (Prod. NXP) 24C16  eeprom memory, impaired memory it? memory I changed memory empty without result.
