Title: PCA060FB-011 board with a faulty IC2

Hello, could someone write me the specs of the IC2 on PCA060FB-011 board ( HAIER 22 inch or BUSH 22 inch LCD). I have a board with this IC blown and I can't determine numbers on it or find a service sheets.
