Title: technosonic 19" 1908 flashing red LED

sorry couldnt get this in the repair tips.i got a technosonic 1908 that when you turned it on the red led just started to blink.found this fault to be one of the V20100SG three legged diodes(top of main board on heatsink)replaced and now works fine.

Hi I have replaced the 3 leg diode as discribed, but is still have the same problem.  But now the led flashes quicker.  Changed all caps.  A bit stuck now.  Any ideas

hello again. either 2 start up resistors , around 330k in series, or the 5.6 ohm resistor from the feedback winding on the primary

Hi everyone, I'm new here so please bear with me if I ask in the wrong way, this lcd1908 is driving me crazy.
Actually found a new mainboard @ tv parts site, bought it, fitted it and still have the same problem. Won't switch on, clicking still coming from somewhere on the power section. Switch on - switch off 10 blinks from led.
Please tell how to cure this before my garden gets an early xmas pressy.
