Hi, have such pbs before, you will need the panel to be taken apart, remove the back and the front cover of tv, then unscrew the metal that is around the edges of lcd screen.. plug the power cord on the tv not on the outlet,  then place the tv on its back..power it..when screen is on ..touch carefully on the cofs (chip on flexible) wich is a kind of cables that relies the panel itself with driver board, try to touch and press smoothly on it one by one till the display turns back to normal, when the cof that causes bad display is located you can then try to locate the exact defective point on cof.. use a kind of sponge or else to put between the matel cover and cof ..screw it again...sorry for my english  :93:

good luck

I cant see how this can be remotely caused by a tab bond issue. If the tv has AV Out capability, hook it up to another tv and check the picture on that tv. If problem is displayed on the monitor, main board is faulty.
If the monitor picture is fine, I'm with Jordan. T-con failure....don't suppose there is an AS15 ic on the T-con. I'd go for that ic if it's used.

thanks guy's for inputs don't think tv as a video output to connect screen too and unsure about issue's with tab's on screen as there a picture main board possible but think problem maybe more related to t-con board as most people have mension so think I try replace that and see if that fix the picture problem as these's are only cheap to buy but still be interested if there any more idea's
