had this set in today with stuck in standby..on inspection i noticed 2x 1000uf  10v caps had swollen..changed them but still wont come out of standby...any solution guys.

Standby 5V rail low at about 4,3-4,5V....check capacitor 22uF/450V in primary PSU
-5V rail low about 4,3-4,5V..replace C-939 and C-940 (all 470uf/25V) and two bulging 1000uF capacitors
