Title: schneider Exia hd 2210 usb led blinking

Hi all,  :sign0144:

This lcd is just blinking blue led, it has Vestel 17ips17-2 PSU and 17mb60-3 MB, i tested capacitors in secondarie and are ok in esr and capacitance so i resoldered them back, the big one 68uF/400 was 63uf and i changed it, the voltages i think that are 5v and 12v.
5v =moving 5 and 5,2v
12v= is always moving between 11,6 and 12,10

In the motherboard the voltages are moving too, i can see in other post about a 22uf/16v cap that need to be changed,i will do it how next step if i can`t fix it. thx for the help and best regards.

i tested the PSU out with a charge and the volts keep ok at 5 and 11,5v. they drop when i connect the psu to the mainboard, the 3 fuse resistors are good but almost no voltages in rest of the  main. the led still blinking and no response. have a nice day and thx guys.

I haven´t the remote control or the manual i don´t know how update the firmware -i havent the firm too-. but i know that this tv has antena update so i pluged the tv the whole night with antena connected but nothing happens..  should i try it again?

Other solution, Its good idea change the eeprom by other one empty in this model?

If that dont work i wll change the 22uf x 16v capacitor but here http://es.scribd.com/doc/130382138/Oki-Chasis-Vestel-17mb45-3-No-Enciende

 i can see that the capacitor is a ceramic 22nf, wich is the right one please?
