Title: lg 42 plasma power supply power shutdown after miliseconds

Hi everyone
i have problem with lg42 x3 ps unit with tries to come up but fails after few seconds( i mean the power supply) multimeter can reader 24v instead of 195 as vs out then shutsdown to  0 volt, have changed the seconday section capacitors, wich found bulged and others too, have replaced most of the transistor mosfets, and now tired of troubleshooting please help

the model of the power supply is ypsu-j011a

hi if this psu has a 3br1565 ic its common problem for this effect
