Title: faulty psu unit from lg plasma 42pc1rv

Hi,
this tv is tested with another good working power supply and it works great,
back to the bad one, when the tv is plugged the white light start to count till 5 blinks then all the output come up but shutsdown immediatly after over 2 or 3 seconds..
psu model is: YPSU J012B
model of tv is lg 42pc1rv
all the bulged ecaps are chenged with know good ones, have cheecked many ics, but there is still tricky fault that i'm having difficulties to nail down..if anyone has encountered this before, please  :sign0085:

Is there a STRW6251 on the board [ref U501]? Suspect it especially if R510 [10 ohm] is open.

yes have cheecked this resistor and it reads 10 Ohms, but i don't understand why cheecking it since this small psu is provided for supplying only the 5vols for standby purposes, and it works great since the red light is always on in front of the tv, do you agree with me..
