Title: toshiba lcd 37av535dg wont turn on

I connect the tv to electricity, control light is on, pressing On, control light is on(Red), sound relay click, and nothing happens, the screen stays black.

Clicking on the button again nothing happens except a click from the relay.

Can anyone help?

1.Check or replace ralay
2.Check eeprom
