Had this set in today.little old ladies said it take about 10mis to come..on inspection all capacitors look ok in power supply.....it's a vestal power board.number on board is 17pw20..has anyone had this fault before..

Hi CJ, let the unit cool down, then heat the power supply with a blow dryer. If it then starts ok, then almost certainly caps, even if they look OK. Standby-5V rail filters commonly cause this.
