Resolder transformer 5104 on the power supply, even if the connections look ok.
If the 3.3V rail from the power supply is low and pulsing, check R5 - 120 ohm 1W - for open circuit.

Unsure of location of R5, but as the 3.3V is generated on the power supply, I'd expect it to be there. Looked on the underside?

INFO:
If TV is switched "on", there is no backlight and no sound.

CURE:
Check the following items:
- On the PSU, check the voltages on connector 1M95 and 1M99. See figure 1.
- Check for a short-circuit of diodes i.e. D6105 (order code 482213031607 DIO RGP10D-E3/54).
- Check resistors 3135 and 3136 for open circuit.
- Check for bad solder joints on transformer 5104: resolder if necessary

Notable Voltages at 1M95:
Pin 1....3v3 STBY
Pins 6,7,8.....12V
Pin 9.....+V-snd
Pin 11....-V-snd

At 1M99:
Pins 1,2.....12V
