Title: Toshiba rezga 37xv565D half screen dead

Hello I have Toshiba rezga 37xv565D with LC37WUN (SA)(B1) panel and LC37WUN-SAA1(B1) t-con wichhas half screen dead. Ive suspected a flat cable from t-con to panel. First I've got response from faulty part of screen, but one stripe remained. after several displacements of flat cable Picture does not come back ( only from the start 1 second there is some noise Picture). Is it a T-con or panel faulty? Somtimes comes tiny colour stripes on this part of screen as it is T-CON fuse in fault.
