Title: Technika lcd 40

Hi all
I have got this tv in , when I plug it in goes on and (DO NOT TURN OFF) COMES UP and keeps scaning. remote and  buttons side no working. any help?

Hi,
Have you tried disconnecting the button strip?, the switches can cause this problem
