hi does anyone have the service manual for this popular power supply 04ta069I which is used in various different models many thanks

There isn't a cct for this board exactly, only the pt1000 which I've attached.

Hope it helps.  There are repair kits available for this board but please check the primary resistance of TR20 before attempting your repair as these transformers are not available at the moment.
