Hi ere,
HDMI micro may have been zapped by static from connecting or disconnecting HDMI plug while the equipment was on. I for one will raise my hand as guilty of this. A Factory Reset may help your case.
Simultaneously press and hold INFO and MUTE to enter the Service Mode. When the menu is displayed,
press 9 to start the factory reset. Don't know if it will restore HDMI, but at least you've tried.

Hi,
I've seen this 'Shipping Reset' on another forum as a possible remedy:
INFO and MUTE on Remote gets into the Service Menu try a Self Check (Option 2) Red and Green Button toggles between the two pages of results also from Main Service Menu Press 9 on Remote that does a Shipping Reset - not to be confused by the Factory Reset which can only be carried out by the Service Remote. (do this with the back on)
